Welcome to Stansbury
Webb, who was among the original home builders in Muirfield Village more than 40 years ago, has purchased the last sizeable parcel of land in that exclusive Dublin neighborhood. His company, the Bob Webb Group, will build 18 homes on 12.3 acres there starting this winter.
“I am thrilled to be able to put the finishing touches on this incredible community that Jack Nicklaus first envisioned in the early ’70s,” Webb said. “So many people love this area. I love this area. And this will be the last real chance to build here.”
A groundbreaking is scheduled for Jan. 1, 2017 at the new development called Stansbury at Muirfield. The site includes a pond and 4.5 acres of open space. It is located south of Glick Road, east of Muirfield Drive, near the intersection of Springburn Drive and Drake Road. Every home will be custom crafted, in keeping with the Muirfield tradition, with starting prices in the $700,000 range.
Award winning designs
“A lot of the plans will be based off the award-winning designs we unveiled at this year’s Parade of Homes,” Webb said.
Stansbury at Muirfield will be Bob Webb’s sixth development in Dublin, adding to an impressive list that includes Jerome Village, Tartan West and Eversole Run.
“To be able to offer so many new building options in the Dublin City School District is very exciting,” Webb said. “It’s exciting for us and it’s exciting for people looking to build in either an established neighborhood with great schools or a new development with great schools. We have the best of both worlds to offer them.”
