Look, design, dream, explore – this is where it all comes together

After you have chosen your location and signed off on plans, then the next step is to visit our design center. This is where selections are made to bring your dream home to life. You’ll see vignettes of kitchens, showers, exterior stone and brick. You’ll be able to lay out cabinet colors, tile, flooring samples and paint colors to select the best color story and get a good idea of how they’ll actually look when your room is finished.

Lining the walls, you’ll see sample boards of every description. Hardwood, carpet, tile … flooring of every color, texture and description. Countertops in all the stone and solid surfaces buyers crave – granite and quartz. You’ll see moldings and hardware, faucets, fixtures and shower options. Every option will be considered and no detail will be overlooked.
